Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor and Administrator
1.1 Sponsor: SliderJam (“Sponsor”).
1.2 Administrator: SliderJam (“Administrator”).
2. Eligibility
2.3 The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States.
2.4 Entrants must be at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry.
2.5 Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of SliderJam
are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
3.6 The contest begins and ends on the dates and times specified
in the applicable promotional materials (“Contest Period”).
3.7 All times are Eastern Time (ET).
4. How to Enter
4.8 To enter, eligible participants must play the designated
SliderJam puzzle during the Contest Period and submit a valid email address as prompted.
4.9 Limit one (1) contest entry per email address per day.
5. Determination of Winners
5.10 Winners will be determined based on the fastest verified
puzzle completion time. In the event of a tie, the earliest completion timestamp
will serve as the tie-breaker.
5.11 All results are final and subject to verification by the Administrator.
6. Prizes
6.12 Prize details will be disclosed in the applicable promotional materials.
6.13 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except
at SliderJam’s discretion.
6.14 Prizes may be fulfilled via physical shipment or digital delivery
(e.g., digital tickets).
6.15 No cash alternative will be provided.
7. Winner Notification
7.16 Potential winners will be notified via the email address
provided at entry.
7.17 Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification
to claim a prize.
7.18 Failure to respond within the required time may result in forfeiture.
8. Publicity and Rights
8.19 By participating, entrants grant SliderJam permission to use
their name and likeness for promotional purposes, where permitted by law.
8.20 No additional compensation will be provided for such use.
9. General Conditions
9.21 SliderJam reserves the right to disqualify any participant
who tampers with the contest or violates these rules.
9.22 The contest is governed by the laws of the State of California,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
